After you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an order confirmation and normally your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (delivery addresses outside the Netherlands have a longer delivery time). It may occasionally happen that for certain reasons shipping has to be postponed for a while, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. Of course we will contact you immediately.

ROOTS orders are shipped with PostNL. After we present the package for shipment you will receive a tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will be delivered.
