If you are a consumer, you have the right to return an article within 14 days, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view, evaluate and\/or try on the article (with the exception of earrings) as you would in a store, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the item is in your possession, or in the case of multiple items in an order, delivered separately, the day you received the last item.<\/p>\n
You exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying us within the specified period. This can be done by completing and sending the model form, or by emailing all details of your order and the items to be returned to info@rootsginger.com. Upon receipt you will receive a confirmation (via e-mail) together with a return form and instructions.<\/p>\n
You can return the item only if the product is not too badly damaged. If a jar is broken it cannot be returned. Please contact us if this has occurred.<\/p>\n
The products you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of your notification. After that, the right of rescission expires. Please ensure that the product being returned is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.<\/p>\n
We also advise you to return the product(s) by registered mail. If a product is returned slightly damaged or lost, the damage will be deducted, up to the price paid for the product. Therefore, please also keep your shipping receipt until you are notified by us that the refund has been processed.<\/p>\n
The refundable amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after processing the return. We will refund you with the same means of payment you used to pay us. We do not refund credits created by redeeming a coupon. You must pay the costs for the return shipment yourself, these will not be reimbursed by us.<\/p>\n
Please note! Products purchased in the sale will not be reimbursed with a refund to your account but will be taken back with a voucher as a payoff, which can only be used on the website.<\/p>\n
